24 / 7 Monitoring and Response
- Monitor and review daily real time alerts and security events from network devices, endpoints, applications, and systems through SIEM.
- Perform in-depth analysis of SIEM alerts to determine their severity, relevance, and potential impact on the organization.
- Prioritize alerts based on predefined criteria such as risk level, asset importance, and potential business impact.
- Correlate related alerts to identify patterns or sequences indicative of a larger security incident.
- Group similar alerts together to streamline analysis and response efforts.
2. Security Investigations and Tier-1 Response
Qualifications :
Candidates need to have certifications in these areas :
i) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) ii) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) iii) Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) iv) GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) v) GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
