We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive sales growth through our network of channel partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel sales and strong leadership skills in hospitality, retail, and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and VARs.
- Collaborate with partners to develop sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide training and support to partners to help them effectively sell our products/services.
- Identify new channel partners and opportunities for business expansion.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales or a similar role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with brand accounts.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels.
- Experience using CRM software is a plus.
