Required Qualifications:

4-8 years experience in Insurance Defense Litigation

Must be barred in MD

Admission to other jurisdictions, such as DC, PA, and VA

JD from an accredited law school

Strong academic credentials

Excellent research, writing, and communication skills

Ability to work independently

Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

Experience with complex general liability, professional liability, construction litigation, property damage claims, the defense of personal injury claims, and transportation

A variety of litigation experience with a concentration in insurance defense

Although this position offers remote work, you will be expected to commute to the Baltimore office 3 days per week. You will be required to come to the office 5 days per week during your training period, which is the first 90-180 days.
