Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our feed mill operation in Fort Myers, FL. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management and be able to oversee daily plant operations to meet customer expectations.

This is a key leadership position that requires a results-driven individual who can manage production, quality, and inventory effectively. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage plant operations for production, quality, and loading of finished product onto the truck.
- Develop and control production plans and budgets with assistance of operations manager.
- Implement cost-effective systems of control over operating expenditures, manpower, wages, and salaries.
- Ensure safe, cost-effective, and efficient production of the feed mill operation.
- Monitor cost metrics for the feed mill to measure performance.
- Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
- Control and minimize production labor overtime.
Requirements
- 3 years of manufacturing management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multi-task, work with multiple projects and tasks, and prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Skill to solve complex problems and communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
