Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial insurance experience with at least 3 years of Workers' Compensation underwriting individual accounts.
- Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide a high level of customer service.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments.
- Ability to assess business opportunities with brokers and clients by understanding their problems and needs.
