Job Description

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Adapt instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.

Assess students' abilities and create teaching plans.

Adapt learning materials to suit students' needs.

Track and reflect on students' progress.

Monitor students' behavioral patterns and arrange interventions if necessary.

Manage classroom crises and resolve conflicts.

Collaborate with parents and school staff to track students' progress.
