They are looking for a talented, skilled and self-motivated team member to help develop and prepare designs for commercial office projects. Interior / Architectural Designer II
- Requires a bachelor's degree in design, architecture or interior design and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Does not have a license.
- Develops plans and designs for the interior based on the needs of the client.
- Creates functional and aesthetic designs that help boost productivity, increase sales, attract customers, or enhance the working environment.
- Responsible for planning the use and layout of the space and decorating with color, furniture, fixtures, etc.
- Creates space plan and develops designs to meet the client’s objectives.
- Assists the lead designer in developing the interior design to meet client’s vision.
- Uses design tools such as sketch-up, Revit, illustrator and photoshop to create designs.
- Prepares pricing plans and construction documents.
- Develops building code, ADA / TAS, BOMA understanding.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision of the project manager.
- Requires a moderate level of supervision.
- Typically reports to the Team Lead.
- Review conducted by the Team Lead.
