We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer (PE) at its Orlando-Maitland, FL location.
Position is responsible for project management, budget oversight as well as project design responsibilities, relating to commercial and healthcare building HVAC design and construction, including HVAC cooling/heating load calculations, sizing of ductwork/piping, HVAC unit sizing and equipment selection, including DX and chilled water equipment, pumps, and cooling towers.
Requirement:
BSME
Active FL PE,
7 years' experience relevant to commercial and healthcare building design projects.
All candidates will be expected to perform well in a team environment and provide effective written and verbal communication to department staff and other team members, and possess a good working knowledge of building modeling computer software IESVE, Revit and AutoCAD. Prior staff/department project management is preferred.
