We are seeking an organized Clinical Director to join our team. The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the primary mental health residential and outpatient setting. The Clinical Director reports to the Executive Clinical Director and works closely with the management team. The Clinical Director is responsible for ongoing evaluation and ensuring delivery of evidence-based care, provides supervision and support to the clinical team and oversees adherence to licensing and credentialing boards. The Clinical Director will assist with ECD in developing, implementing and maintaining clinical programming that aligns with Futures Quality Standards.

We are seeking an organized Clinical Director to join our team. The Clinical Director is responsible for ongoing evaluation and ensuring delivery of evidence-based care, provides supervision and support to the clinical team and oversees adherence to licensing and credentialing boards. The Clinical Director will assist with ECD in developing, implementing and maintaining clinical programming that aligns with Futures Quality Standards.
Position And Duties
- Maintains effective clinical organizational structure and staffing ratios while delegating appropriate authority for completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Evaluates and ensures risk and safety management measures of the program.
- Shows leadership qualities and professionalism, at all times.
- Leads clinical staff meetings.
- Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation to ensure compliance with licensing boards, accreditations and insurance standards.
- Works with ECD on formulating performance improvement plans and tracks the outcome.
- Evaluates the quality of Reset programming and makes the necessary changes, as needed.
- Participate in recruiting and onboarding of new staff.
- Provides ongoing training and in-services to further staff development.
- Engages in contact and communication with referents.
- Direct and oversee all program activities.
- Set and maintain the standard for patient care.
- Comprehensive understanding of Mental Health, diagnosis and evidenced-based interventions.
- Expert knowledge in healthcare laws, regulations, and standards
- Comprehensive understanding of Mental Health and the treatment of individuals with mental health issues.
- Master’s Degree from an accredited school in Psychology, Social Work, or Health related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in a day treatment, residential, and/or hospital setting
- Minimum of 2 years in a management setting familiarity, with continuous Quality Improvement, JCAHO standards
- Licensed Professional (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT), required
- Background check and drug screen, required
- Level II AHCA Background Check, required
