Futures Training Center is looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our leadership team and contributing to the success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Preparing documents and presentations.
  • Managing HR files and records.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Schedule management, document preparation, and HR filing.
  • Marketing and Communications: Marketing support, customer service, and client communication.
  • Operational and Financial Assistance: Coordinating travel arrangements, office purchasing, and budget management.
  • Event and Project Coordination: Planning events, supporting special projects, and tracking project progress.
  • Personal Assistance: Handling personal tasks for executives, such as scheduling appointments and managing household-related needs.
  • Compliance and Organization: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
