Job Title: Sr. Business/Data Analyst Location: Windsor, CT (Hybrid) Experience: 7 Years Skills: Workato, ADF Job Description:
We're looking for a Sr. Business/Data Analyst to help us analyze the existing Workato recipes data flow, transformations, and existing integrations to source/target. Additionally, the role would also require documenting the process flow and functionalities in the involved Workato recipes and collaborating with the data engineering team to ensure an expedited, simplified and optimized migration to Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Responsibilities:
Analyze and document Workato recipes, focusing on their logic and data flow including but not limited to upstream and downstream integrations, data movement, data transformation etc.
Identify dependencies and potential issues in the recipes.
Collaborate with ADF data engineers to develop and implement migration plans.
Suggest optimization opportunities during the migration process.
Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Workato environment, it s existing utilities and features (Recipe Analyzer, Recipe Documentation etc.), and its integrations with systems like Snowflake, Salesforce, and Oracle.
Understanding of Workato API, which provides several endpoints to manage and retrieve data about recipes
Experience with data flow and transformation concepts.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Preferred Qualifications (but not mandatory):
Familiarity/Experience with ADF to understand the limitations if involved while migration and suggesting alternative approaches to modify the solution
Experience in migration of Workato recipes to any alternatives
Familiarity with Data Lineage
