The People Coordinator/Generalist will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our HR department. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR and Recruiting activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and more. This role is perfect for a highly organized and people-oriented individual who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the growth of our team. There are multiple openings with one role leaning more HR and other role leaning more recruiting.
What you'll do:
- Create and assist with some parts of the recruitment process, including scheduling and coordination of interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive experience.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team events, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims resolution, and answering employee inquiries.
- Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in special HR projects as assigned by leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in an HR or operations role, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive
relationships at all levels. - Proficiency in HR or recruiting software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
effectively.
The pay range for this role is $75,000- $100,000. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
