While primarily a B2C application, we develop in-house products crucial for efficient business operations, contributing significantly to our success, such as comprehensive system development with components in marketing, billing, development, finance, and customer support.
What you’ll do
- Develop and enhance the existing systems, with a focus on marketing analytics, sales funnels, billing, and overall system efficiency.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Demonstrate strong non-dev skills, including effective communication with clients, proposing innovative solutions, understanding both the product and user needs
- Ability to guide the team : fostering teamwork through mentoring, identifying and cultivating top skills, and optimizing internal development processes, such as onboarding and developer experience, by introducing efficient tools and moderately encouraging the team in these endeavors.

The pay range for this role is $160,000- $230,000. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
