For more information, please visit About the roleJoin our dynamic leadership team at Futuri Sales Intelligence as the Director of Partner Success, TV, collaborating closely with the Futuri Sales Intelligence President. In this role, you will serve as the pivotal connection between Futuri Sales Intelligence and its key TV partners. Reporting to the Futuri Sales Intelligence President, you will spearhead the onboarding process and outreach initiatives for our TV partnerships.Key Responsibilities : Drive the onboarding, retention, and remediation efforts for Futuri Sales Intelligence TV partners.Monitor and assess health scores across all TV markets, overseeing Grow / Adopt campaigns, addressing retention risks, and proactively engaging with TV partners.Collaborate with the Futuri Sales Intelligence President to ensure seamless execution of onboarding strategies and outreach initiatives.What you'll doAttend and actively participate in team leadership and full team meetings to contribute to a collaborative and cohesive work environment.Training and DevelopmentConduct training reviews and resets with sales teams, specifically focusing on TV partners.Facilitate new Account Executive (AE) and Manager training for comprehensive team development.Lead partner launches and installations to ensure a smooth integration process.Communication and UpdatesContribute to full team sessions to enhance communication and align team goals.Conduct testimonial outreach to TV partners to gather valuable feedback and success stories.Retention and EngagementActively participate in retention meetings and contribute to the development of retention strategies for all Futuri Sales Intelligence TV Partners.Develop and execute campaigns to engage partners, including proactive outreach strategies for all TV partners.Troubleshoot and address any issues faced by TV partners in a timely and effective manner.Utilize Totango for comprehensive partner management, covering Onboarding, Adoption, Growth, Renewal, Remediation, and Touchpoints.Maintain meticulous record-keeping of partner engagement through Totango.Reporting and Content CreationProvide content for the Futuri Sales Intelligence Monthly Report in collaboration with the Futuri Sales Intelligence President and Operations Manager.Generate 30 / 60 / 90 Engagement Reports for Partners in the Adoption Stage, ensuring comprehensive reporting on partner progress.QualificationsDemonstrate a charismatic presentation style that engages and captivates diverse audiences.Proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships quickly, fostering positive and lasting connections.Display strong problem-solving capabilities, effectively identifying and resolving challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.Exhibit excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of work.Possess the ability to credibly direct and prompt others to action, leveraging strong leadership skills to achieve goals.Operate with a sense of urgency, delivering results in a timely manner and adapting to fast-paced environments.Thrive on interacting with partners and clients, demonstrating a proactive and enthusiastic approach to frequent customer outreach.Genuine passion for helping people, reflecting a commitment to providing excellent service and support.Education / Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in TV sales, sales management, or research.Proven track record of presenting to sales groups and teams.Direct business development experience within a sales role.Familiarity with Nielsen, Comscore, Scarborough, Admall, MRI / Simmon is a plus.What We Offer :
