Summary:
The Administrative Support & Data Entry Specialist will provide non-personal services in support of the client. This role includes data entry for the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) and front desk customer service functions, ensuring efficient office operations.
Job Description:
The candidate will perform clerical and administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, scheduling, and office automation tasks. The role requires strong customer service skills to support military personnel and families.
Major Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) for data entry, report generation, and document formatting.
- Provide front desk customer service, answering calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries.
- Prepare and process various forms, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, update databases, and ensure compliance with the Client’s regulations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, screening mail and electronic messages.
- Assist in the development of training materials and provide basic office automation support.
- Manage the M&FRC appointment calendar and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Follow security and records management protocols, ensuring compliance with the Client policies.
- Maintain office supplies, request necessary materials, and ensure workspace cleanliness.
