III. Job Functions and DutiesNO.Representative Duties1Support the legal team in successfully navigating and completing the immigration process for employees.

• Respond to inquiries regarding U.S. visa and immigration petitions, potential additional available options, including displacement or transfer strategies.
• Work with others on the immigration team to provide immigration and visa support.2Perform various duties as corporate counsel.
• Provide legal opinions and advice in connection with contract, general corporate, employment operational and compliance matter.
• Review, draft and revise documents in connection with corporate transactions and general corporate and business matters.
• Research and analyze business and legal issues under the supervision of senior counsel.
• Assist with internal investigation and contract review under the supervision of senior counsel. 3Provide assistance to Chief Legal Officer and management team on various visa & immigration, compliance and projects as assigned.4Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.

IⅤ. QualificationJob RequirementsLanguageGood written and oral communication skills in English and preferrably bilingual in Mandarin ChineseExperienceAt least one year of legal experience as a licensed attorney.EducationJD or LLM from an ABA accredited law school Physical ConditionThis is an office job requiring sitting for most of the day.

Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots on the production floor.
