I. Job Profile Job Title Booking Coordinator Department Logistics-Storage
Direct Supervisor Warehouse Supervisor Direct Subordinates none
II. Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating between factory and warehosue, ensuring finished goods booking process, managing inventory, and addressing inventory related issues.
III. Job Functions and Duties
NO. Representative Duties
1 Report to the finished goods warehouse supervisor and complete tasks assigned by management.
2 Coordinate and ensure that the booker move finished goods in the correct warehouse locations.
3 Responsible for warehouse and inventory management, collecting and evaluating issues arising from daily cycle counting.
4 Manage the FIFO (First In, First Out) system for finished goods, strictly implementing FIFO based on the production date.
5 Responsible for the management and control of finished goods receiving, improving inventory accuracy and effectiveness.
6 Execute inventory plans and check inventory discrepancies and their causes.
7 Responsible for training receiving staff to acquire necessary knowledge and job skills.
8 Perform other duties as assigned.

IⅤ. Qualification
Job Requirements Language Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
Experience 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Education High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Physical Condition The employee is regularly required o stand or sit for long periods. Duties will include long periods of forklift operating.
Other Requirements Forklift license/Certificate
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS -
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Problem-solving ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the job Professional Knowledge, Skills warehousing logistics procedure;
the use of logistics supply chain management analysis to solve problems; 5 s knowledge management and upgrade the level of the scene, the department and individual;

Training Required With glass production technology training, field management, logistics management theory;
V. Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position
are safety glasses and steel-toed work boots.
