| 1 | Report to Coating director and carry out the tasks assigned. | |||
| 2 | Configure the industrial robot and maintain the computer. Set-up, and optimize the motion trail of robot and smooth production . | |||
| 3 | Follow up all the equipment and 5S within automatic unloading area. Assist Maintenance Dept. for equipment maintenance and lubrication. | |||
| 4 | Debug simulation and offline program. Improve beats and upgrade equipment. | |||
| 5 | Design and organize the associates training of work center, and follow up the results. | |||
| 6 | Be in charge of the production quality and cost control, and support the work center achieve the KPI target. | |||
| 7 | Perform the contingency plan for potential emergency issues in work center. | |||
| 8 | Organize technicians to trace production problems and fix the issues, to improve KPI. | |||
| 9 | Take different actions to improve quality to reduce scraps and waste. | |||
| 10 | Supervise environmental safety. Identify dangerous sources, find out factors, and execute countermeasures. | |||
| 11 | Seriously implement the relevant documents of the comprehensive management system. | |||
| 12 | Stored and labeled the unqualified accessories and auxiliaries on time, and return them to the warehouse. | |||

| Job Requirements | Language | - Prefer in communication skills in English and in Mandarin Chinese. Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. - Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. | ||
| Experience | 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. | |||
| Education | Bachelor degree or above preferred | |||
| Physical Condition | The employee is regularly required o stand for long periods. Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip) Visual acuity including, but not limited to: a. NEAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use this factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded. b. FAR ACUITY - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use this factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required in day and night/dark conditions. c. DEPTH PERCEPTION - Three-dimensional vision. Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships so as to see objects where and as they actually are. d. COLOR VISION - Ability to identify and distinguish colors. e.
