About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Supervisor to join our team in Lamination Assembly. As a Senior Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with other members of the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce scrap. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will be critical to the success of our manufacturing operations.Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong aptitude for problem-solvingExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and ExcelPreferred Qualifications : Experience with Lean Manufacturing principlesYellow Belt and TWISix Sigma certificationExperience with PLEXResponsibilities : Oversee the manufacturing process and ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safetyDevelop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce scrapMonitor equipment and troubleshoot issues as they ariseMaintain accurate records and prepare metrics reports for managementProvide leadership and guidance to team membersSkills : As a Senior Technical Supervisor, you will use your strong leadership and problem-solving skills to oversee the manufacturing process and ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. You will use your expertise in setting up and monitoring equipment to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
