About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the luxury fragrance market. This role is perfect for a sales professional with a deep understanding of the beauty and fragrance industry, experience managing B2B accounts, and a passion for delivering high-end fragrance solutions.
As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with Perfumers, Marketing, Production, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify and engage prospective clients within the luxury beauty sector.
- Manage and grow existing accounts, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Represent COSMO at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Sales & Strategy Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop promotional materials and brand positioning.
- Project & Product Management
- Oversee client briefs and sample requests, ensuring timely execution.
- Partner with internal teams, including Perfumers and Production, to deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide sales forecasts and strategic insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or commercial roles, preferably within the fragrance or luxury beauty industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the beauty and fragrance market, with the ability to identify emerging trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance client-facing activities with internal collaboration.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events.
