Senior Electrical Engineer – Building Systems

Location : West Coast (Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle)

Salary Range : $100,000 - $155,000 per year

Employment Type : Full-time | Hybrid

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering electrical systems that support sustainability, efficiency, and innovation. Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to develop electrical system designs for a variety of projects.
• Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, electronic models, and reports.
• Coordinate with utility companies and secure necessary electrical permit approvals.
• Prepare and manage technical and financial project proposals.
• Lead engineering solutions from concept through detailed design stages.
• Oversee the quality and efficiency of work completed by junior engineers and technicians.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Proactively manage workload, balancing deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Monitor project finances, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
