Job Description : We are seeking reliable and hardworking Construction General Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities :
Perform general labor tasks such as site clean-up, material handling, and equipment operation.
Assist skilled tradespeople with duties as needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Operate basic hand and power tools as required.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Requirements :
Transportation : Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Certifications : Must possess a valid OSHA-10 certification.
Experience : Previous experience in construction or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Physical Stamina : Ability to lift to [Insert Weight, e.g., 50 lbs], stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
Safety Awareness : Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.
