Salary Range : $80,000 - $90,000K with flexibility - DOE

Benefits : Full benefits

Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday

Are you a proactive and resourceful leader ready to take charge of a dynamic program? We're looking for a Program Manager to oversee our TMAAS program, ensuring seamless coordination and top-tier service delivery. Join our team and lead with excellence!

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership : Manage installers and vendors, providing support in challenging situations.
Efficient Coordination : Ensure the effective distribution of facilities, prioritizing actions to meet deadlines.
Project Oversight : Act as a key resource for monitoring installation and repair projects.
Follow-Up : Maintain communication with technicians post-service calls.
Workload Forecasting : Predict daily and weekly workloads to optimize operations.
Administrative Management : Handle various administrative tasks related to employee management, including payroll, disciplinary actions, hiring, and follow-up meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

College diploma in management or administration (asset).

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Knowledge :

Geographical knowledge of the service area or map reading skills.

Knowledge of the telemetry industry (asset).

Skills and Abilities :
