Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial construction experience and possess excellent estimating skills. Experience in grocery or refrigeration projects is highly preferred. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about continuous learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Perform accurate and competitive cost estimating for new and ongoing projects.
- Manage all phases of construction, from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee subcontractor management, including bid solicitation, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and preparing financial reports.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on all project sites.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering professional development and teamwork.
