Professional audio video company with premium clientele wishing to expand our customer service team.
Primary responsibilities:
* Customer Service and/or Office Management (3 years experience)
* Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a friendly manner and ascertain reason for calling, transfer calls
* Prepare documents, proposals, schedules for special projects
* Create invoices for customers
* Create and maintain lists and excel spreadsheets
* Communicate with in-house staff and clients
*Communicate with Technicians
*Track all incoming service request
*Dispatch service request to technicians
Secondary responsibilities:
* Utilize computer technology and process service requests
Requirements:
* Precise and friendly communication skills
* Strong math skills/capability
* Strong excel spreadsheet knowledge
* Serious work ethic
* Knowledge of Quickbooks required
* Strong typing and grammar - 50wpm
