Experience and abilities
- 5 years working as a designer or senior designer in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment.
- Experience designing brand systems that extend from identity to motion to web – the more, the better.
- A high level of competency and speed working in Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Ability to interpret and contribute to high-level strategy and apply it to the task at hand.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, new challenges, and changing priorities.
- An optimistic, positive outlook on the work that contributes to setting the tone of any project or assignment.
