**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages with precision and care.

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.

- Take orders, operate the cash register, and handle payments.

- Keep the café clean and organized, including the bar, seating area, and equipment.

- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.

- Educate customers on our menu, including different coffee’s and brewing methods.

- Maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred, but not required (we’re happy to train the right person!).

- A love for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing great customer service.

- A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
