We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement with our offerings.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance in retail sales, including upselling products to meet customer needs.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Supervise junior staff or new associates as needed, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory; we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with product demos and upselling techniques is advantageous for success in this role.
- Basic math proficiency is required for handling transactions accurately.
