We do almost everything a bit differently – starting with building large, beautiful restaurants with full-liquor bars, where we serve generous portions of boldly flavored, scratch-made food. AS A GENERAL MANAGER CANDIDATE YOU SHOULD….
Have 2 years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience
Demonstrate an advanced understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and people management
Manage shifts which include decision making, problem solving, scheduling, planning, ordering, etc.
Create memorable dining experiences by interacting with and bonding with your guests
Strive to exceed guest expectations with every visit
Understand flavors, aromas and characteristics of food ingredients, beer, and cocktails
Ensure product quality, food safety, and restaurant cleanliness
Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
Understand POS systems, 3rd party delivery, and other forms of restaurant technology
Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the restaurant

We brought Fuzzy's Taco Shop to West Central Florida in 2016. After the success of our 1st store in Brandon, FL we decided to build stores throughout the region. We are successful because we serve generous portions of boldly flavored food at a great price alongside people we respect and are generally proud to work alongside. All management is hands on, leading from the front at all times. Our customers become part of our restaurant family and our restaurants are places they want to hang out and chill out. The original Fuzzy’s Taco Shop was started on Berry Street across from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas in 2003. It was there that a glorious vision of taco heaven took hold.
