- Job duties include but not limited to: Season and cook food according to recipes using personal judgment and experience.
- Ensure the appropriate presentation and quality of dishes is be served.
- Properly store and rotate food.
- Organize food storage and kitchen equipment.
- Interact with guests, helping with any questions or concerns regarding food items or service.
- Consult with management to organize the execution of caterings, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs.

El trabajo consiste entre otras cosas
- Preparar y cocinar los alimentos de acuerdo con las recetas utilizando también su juicio y experiencia personal.
- Asegurar que los platillos tengan la presentación y la calidad adecuada.
- Mantener y rotar los alimentos adecuadamente.
- Organizar el almacenamiento de alimentos y equipo de cocina.
- Interactuar con los clientes, ayudando con cualquier pregunta o inquietud con respecto a los alimentos o el servicio.
- Consultar con la gerencia para organizar el servicio de abastecimiento, tomando en cuenta factores como costos y necesidades de eventos especiales.
