What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Scheduler / Office Admin position at Fuzzy Wuzzy Rug Cleaning?
We are a family owned business in Seattle looking for someone with a lively and positive attitude who loves to keep busy and engage with coworkers as well as customers. We need someone who has excellent communication, organizational and clerical abilities as well as top-notch computer skills. Our ideal candidate will be able to assist customers in feeling great about scheduling our company to have their cleaning done.
The position:
The primary focus of this position will be answering emails, calls and texts regarding our various cleaning services. The goal is to schedule these customers for our services as well as follow up with any questions, concerns or issues to keep the customers happy.
The ability to multi-task is a must as you will be expected to answer questions via text, phone and email, as well as handle billing for services and organize for optimal scheduling for our drivers. We also follow a schedule for follow ups with customers to increase appointments and brand awareness.
There will also be cross training to provide other office admin back up as needed.
Ability to utilize Google Sheets and Google Docs to keep organized as well as report and track figures is a must.
Starting pay is $22 - $24/ hour depending on experience with wage/performance review after 90 days. Another wage review at 1 year. We offer employee discounts on services, Holiday pay as well as time off accrual.
Works days will be Tuesday - Friday 12pm to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm.
Training shift will be 12-4pm for a few days and then moving to normal shift.
