Responsibilities for this position include :
Assist in developing and implementing all enrollment goals
Develops marketing campaigns that relays the school's mission to prospective students
Works closely with the leadership of every educational department as well as the financial aid team to ensure that the enrollment process runs smoothly
Directs preparation of printed materials explaining admission requirements and transfer credit policies
Participate in or conducts student recruitment programs with other members of faculty and staff
In addition to marketing the school to the external community, he / she is responsible to hire, train, develop and maintain appropriate staffing of admissions personnel to meet the institutional enrollment plan.
He / she must adhere to admissions policies and practices that ensure the selection of qualified students for each program
Admissions Director is responsible ensuring that all admissions personnel are properly trained and consistently adhere to all state, federal and accrediting body standard.
Requirements
Skills required for this position :
Bachelor's Degree
Three or more year's management experience required. Experience managing several people is a must.
The position requires working at the Miramar campus.
The Director of Admissions must be a detail oriented, assertive, self starter.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership abilities; be able to consistently make intelligent decisions under pressure, possess good judgment, initiative, good job attitude and be dependable; and must be able to deal effectively with people. Maintaining a warm and welcoming environment.
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment is essential.
Very computer literate and able to demonstrate proficiency in CRM applications, Proficient in Microsoft Suites required in the performance of job responsibilities.
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills are base standards.
