Job Description: We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Facility Maintenance Worker to join our team at FW Logistics. We have several properties located in Central West End and downtown St. Louis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the building's systems, prepping new apartments, and ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents. Key duties include general building maintenance, repairs, and making apartments move-in ready.
Pay: $20-24.00hr
Hours: 8:00am ~ 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Location: 1023 Spruce St. Saint Louis, MO & Central West End
Responsibilities:
- Prepping Apartment units, painting, cleaning, patching, etc.
- Answering maintenance ticket requests from tenants.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and structures, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and projects as needed.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
