Process Manager
You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our field team to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You play a pivotal role in coordinating schedules, managing resources, and implementing strategies to drive success. You are expected to work closely with the Project Manager to ensure customers receive quality workmanship.
Strategic Planning
o Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives
o Manage company job schedule
o Review areas of improvement and efficiency w/ supervisor
Operational Management:
o Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow
o Scheduling of the team and monitor job timelines
o Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship
o Be onsite each morning for job take off
o Jobs: pre-job walks to assess conditions/needs, spend time on Job sites to coach, mentor, teach etc.
Team Leadership:
o Provide leadership and direction to the team
o Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
o Facilitate training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team
Relations:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with the team, PMs and office
o Communicate with GC/point of contact for Ops needs (staging, power, access, etc.)
o Lead, teach and correct team on the job as appropriate
o Collaborate and communicate with PMs regarding job decisions and issues
o Address team inquiries, incidents, concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Resource Allocation:
o Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize costs
Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
o Promote a strong safety culture and enforce protocols to minimize incidents
o Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate risks (create an objective grading template)

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
