As a Digital Media Director, B2B, you'll play a key role in shaping performance media strategies and managing client relationships for our high-profile B2B, HCP, and Animal Health go-to-market accounts. Drawing on your B2B agency experience, you'll lead go-to-market strategic planning, roll up your sleeves when needed, and oversee a team responsible for execution to ensure campaigns are impactful and aligned with client goals. In this client-facing role, your strong presentation & communication skills will be essential as you navigate complex projects and foster strong client relationships. You'll also manage a growing team and collaborate with a senior media director to set processes and best practices for the media team. You'll have autonomy in your role, balancing your strategic expertise with market and industry innovation in a supportive environment that values your ideas and encourages professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the go-to marketing expert for full-funnel campaign planning across all channels, including paid media, social, email, SEO, search, and programmatic, ensuring results-driven strategies that deliver on the client goals and growth targets.
- Develop and present comprehensive campaign strategies across the entire buyer journey connecting brand awareness through to demand generation and conversion.
- Oversee development of media plan recommendations, encompassing both tactical strategies and high-impact custom activations to effectively achieve client objectives.
- Lead campaign performance analysis and reporting, delivering key insights and actionable optimization recommendations.
- Oversight and performance management of the media team in collaboration with the senior media director. You will manage the day-to-day, set processes and best practices, while ensuring strategic alignment and performance with cross functional teams.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 with a preference for contract-to-permanent candidates to ensure a mutual fit. However, full-time candidates are also welcome and encouraged to apply. This role is based in NYC (Brooklyn) with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
