Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Sales Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze sales data, identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support the sales team in improving overall performance. Your work will directly influence sales strategies and contribute to achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret sales data to provide insights on sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and other key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set sales goals, targets, and strategies based on data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to predict future sales and revenue.
  • Assist in the creation of pricing strategies and promotional plans.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for improving sales processes, increasing efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
  • Present data and insights in clear, understandable reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation and analysis of sales performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales as a Sales Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data, including proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, VIP, IRI, Nielsen).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and strategies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a beer/beverage depending on company focus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of forecasting, pricing strategies, and sales performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
