- Create and design visually appealing and engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and execute a content calendar for our digital platforms, ensuring our voice and story is consistent for each brand.
- Collaborate with the team to understand their content needs and translate ideas into visually appealing designs that resonate with each brand’s target audience.
- Engage with our audiences by monitoring comments, messages and resharing content from our team and followers, fostering meaningful conversations and responding in a timely manner.
- Travel to fitness facilities and events to capture organic, real-time content that showcases our team and impact.
- Conduct interviews and gather testimonials that highlights our team, guests and partnerships.
- Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic and uphold brand guidelines to ensure all creative output aligns.
- Utilize analytics to monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to adjust marketing strategies accordingly and optimize brand positioning.
- Collaborate with external vendors to oversee production and quality control.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts or another related field; Or certifications in related fields.

- Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate marketing visions clearly to the team and external partners.
- Analytical: Proficient in analyzing trends and data to make informed decisions.
- Brand Management & Digital Marketing: Ability to build and manage brand identity and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Time Management & Adaptability: Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment, where brands may pivot objectives based on business needs.
- Technology: Familiarity with marketing tools and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, social media management platforms, and/or similar software.
