Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our household management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in a private vacation home one day per week throughout the year, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for family and guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This position requires on-site attendance at our Winter Park, CO location one day per week throughout the year. Flexible scheduling and additional hours may be available.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of entire house, including bedrooms, hallways, bathrooms, kitchen and general areas. This includes but is not limited to dusting, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping.
• Wash linens and towels in between guest stays.
• Wash and putting away dishes and kitchen supplies.
• Keep refrigerator clean and disposing of old contents.
• Manage household supplies and restock as needed.
• Remove trash and take bins to curb weekly - return bins to garage once trash is collected.
• Collaborate with the household management team to ensure efficient operations.

Skills

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleanliness standards are met.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player when needed.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with family and other staff.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
