The Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator will support the Marketing & Communications group, leadership, and the firm's PR agency with strategic pursuits and both external and internal communications. In addition, they will help to craft, edit, and create a variety of marketing materials, ensuring the firm's message is consistent across all materials, including print and digital media.

The Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator will support the Marketing & Communications group, leadership, and the firm's PR agency with strategic pursuits and both external and internal communications. In addition, they will help to craft, edit, and create a variety of marketing materials, ensuring the firm's message is consistent across all materials, including print and digital media.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing efforts in strategic pursuits, including, client research, qualification packages, proposals, and client interviews.
- Collect and maintain project, staff, client, and subconsultant data to ensure marketing databases are up-to-date.
- Write and edit project descriptions, case studies, and other marketing collateral/materials.
- Work collaboratively with the firm's PR agency and leadership to update and execute the strategic communications plan, including editorial opportunities, speaking opportunities, and other events.
- Help oversee social media strategy in alignment with the firm's brand and industry trends; lead day-to-day implementation, posting, and strategic campaigns by writing, copying and assembling graphics, and assisting with the firm's podcast.
- Create and upload content for the firm's website and intranet.
- Help coordinate professional project photography shoots and the management of images.
- Manage and prepare award submittals, firm rankings, and surveys for a range of design publications and institutions.
- Assist with other related tasks as required.
- Strong interest in architecture and belief in environmental responsibility.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Strong organizational and management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Word, Excel, and Deltek preferred.
