The practice encompasses corporate, civic, cultural, educational, transportation, residential, hospitality, office, retail, and mixed-use projects on a variety of scales.

We are currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support for HR Department; including set-up and maintenance of employee files, distribution of HR related paperwork and policies.
  • Maintain and update personnel information in HR databases.
  • Respond timely to employees regarding firm policies and procedures, benefit inquiries and payroll related questions.
  • Assist HR team and managers with day-to-day recruitment process. Will assist with sourcing candidates, reference checks, tracking of candidate information in various databases and the scheduling of interviews.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Support with setting up and scheduling performance reviews.
  • Assist with managing wellness initiatives and events.

Position Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or Human Resources Assistant (experience in an architecture / engineering / construction firm preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize & multi-task. Must be detailed oriented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Experience working with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion required.
