Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In business since 1954, Fyda Freightliner is a growing, family-owned, regional Freightliner, Western Star, Isuzu and Ottawa truck dealer with locations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky.

Fyda is looking for a full-time experienced accountant (5 years min.) to assist the CFO in accounting and HR responsibilities for Fyda, Inc. |
|
|
This position will be in our newest facility in Columbus, Ohio and is not a remote position. We offer several employment benefits and an excellent health insurance benefits package along with a free, on-site fitness center and incentivized fitness programs. Salary commensurate with experience. |
Qualifications
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
A Bachelor of Business Administration with a major of accounting. A CPA and MBA a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors.
- Complete knowledge of in-house business systems and along with other partner systems.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and composure.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
