What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at Fyda Freightliner?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming trucks
- Coordinate and support sales and marketing efforts
- Assist with inventory management
- Support truck delivery and document as needed
- Verify repair order process and communicate discrepancies and verify accuracy of deal cost
- Process vehicle title work and sales tax applicability and notarize as required
- Be a liaison for sales department and customers
- Complete all title work for sales department
Qualifications
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors.
- Complete knowledge of in house business systems and along with other partner systems.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and maintain composure.
- Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.
- Current notary is a plus
- Previous Dealership experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
