What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labeling and Packaging Botanical Products position at FYE LLC?
We are a San Antonio-based Botanical company looking for some new employees to help with packaging our products! We recently acquired a new wholesale account and need a few more team members to join our crew.
Our team is small so your role and all the products that you touch will matter. If you are a fade-into-the-background type of person, don't apply. If you are into homeopathic or alternative medicine, you are encouraged to apply!
We have two teams and are hiring for both. Some of your daily tasks would include:
Labeling bottles and pouches by hand, filling with powdered or capsulated product
Ability to use a scale and be accurate when weighing packages
Boxing up finished product for shipping
Making small sample bags of product for our customers
Taking inventory and filling backstock shelves
Cleaning down workspace surfaces and common areas at end of shift
This job requires:
Attention to detail, your eyes must be sharp!
Good hand to eye coordination - applying labels by hand is an art
Be ok with repetition yet possess flexibility to change gears with a quickness
Ability to distinguish slight color variances
Ability to lift 40 lbs
A desire to learn and grow with our team as we scale up
