The Role As the Director of Business Development, you will spearhead growth initiatives and lead business development strategies across FYI's federal contracting portfolio. Reporting directly to the President / CEO, this high-visibility role drives new business capture, contract growth, and strategic partnerships. The position offers a clear career progression to VP of BD.
Key Day to Day Responsibilities
Strategic Business Growth :
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand FYI's presence in federal contracting, with a focus on Human Capital, IT, and Data Modernization services.
- Establish and nurture relationships with government decision-makers, industry partners, and key stakeholders to drive new opportunities.
- Monitor federal budgets, acquisition trends, and policy developments to identify growth opportunities and adapt business strategies.
