We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer/finisher to join our team. Duties
- Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction of buildings and other structures.
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks or delivery vehicles.
- Help with the installation of structures such as scaffolding, walls, and flooring.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction work.
- A valid driver's license may be beneficial for transportation purposes.
