Responsibilities:

iOS Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using SwiftUI and Objective-C.
• Implement new features and enhancements, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following industry best practices and coding standards.

Architecture and Strategy:

• Understand customer requirements and create effective strategies for iOS application development.
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable mobile application architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer expectations.

Customer Engagement:

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical expertise and recommendations.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations and workshops to educate customers on iOS development best practices and emerging technologies.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in iOS development, SwiftUI, and Objective-C.
• Continuously improve development processes and practices to enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and optimization in the development workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in SwiftUI and Objective-C.
• Extensive experience with iOS development, including knowledge of UIKit, Core Data, and other iOS frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with backend services.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

Architecture and Strategy:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable mobile application architectures.
• Ability to create effective development strategies and provide technical leadership.

Customer Engagement:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Experience in conducting technical presentations and workshops.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in iOS development, with a focus on SwiftUI and Objective-C.
• Previous experience in a senior developer or technical lead role is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other mobile development frameworks and languages, such as Flutter or React Native.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
