Tableau Architect

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports
Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Tableau solutions
Create data models and establish connections to diverse data sources
Optimize Tableau performance by addressing query efficiency and dashboard responsiveness
Manage and maintain Tableau Server environments, including security, configurations, and upgrades
Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand analytics needs
Provide technical expertise and recommendations on Tableau capabilities and best practices
Define and enforce Tableau development standards and governance policies
Lead efforts to promote Tableau adoption across the organization
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Tableau within the organization
Mentor junior Tableau developers and analysts
Requirements
Extensive experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep
Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data warehousing concepts
Experience optimizing Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability
Familiarity with integrating Tableau with various data sources from IICS coming from CRM/Veeva Systems and AWS cloud platforms
Preferred: Tableau certification, experience with scripting languages like Python or R, knowledge of IICS ETL processes and tools, familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
