This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Web3 Creator economy space. You will be working closely with the CPO and experienced team that has built Unicorn companies to deliver on Product strategy that would require you to oversee the execution of the consumer facing platform.

This creator platform (marketplace) is at the intersection of Web3 and Web2, empowering creators to engage with their audiences in new, innovative ways. Our mission is to build a seamless bridge between both digital worlds and foster community-driven experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and amplify our brand presence across various channels.

Role Overview :

As the Head of Marketing, you will be largely hands on an will have 1 direct report and will be reporting into the CEO.

You're responsible for driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and community engagement. This role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies for both Web2 and Web3 audiences, with a focus on building a strong, recognizable brand. You will lead efforts in brand positioning, PR / communications, growth, and research synthesis to ensure we are effectively reaching the right audiences and driving key business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Tertiary education with a min of 5 years in marketing roles with at least 1 years in a leadership role within a marketplace or platform-based business (e.g., influencer marketing platforms, social platforms).
  • Startup Mindset : Experience working in a 0-1 startup environment where you were responsible for building brand awareness and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Skills : Strong expertise in brand development, PR / communications, and growth marketing.
  • Data-Driven : Ability to analyze and synthesize data to make strategic decisions and drive performance.
  • Creative & Strategic : A combination of creativity and strategic thinking to produce effective campaigns that engage users and drive business outcomes.
  • Leadership : Ability to build and lead a marketing team, manage multiple priorities, and inspire collaboration across teams.
