What You’ll Do:
- Lead strategic initiatives as part of a transformation program, managing the full lifecycle of high-visibility projects.
- Collaborate across departments with technical teams, business partners, and executive stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery from requirements to implementation.
- Drive comprehensive change adoption to ensure project objectives align with business goals.
- Coordinate with vendors, handle project governance, and manage quality assurance.
- Conducted cross-functional meetings, facilitated testing processes, and produced executive-level reports and presentations.
Who You Are:
- A strategic leader with 7 years of experience in project management within complex, client-facing environments.
- Skilled in change management, adept at fostering collaborative relationships, and a natural problem-solver.
- Experienced in handling project planning, budgeting, and resource management, with a deep understanding of process design and improvement.
- Agile-certified with expertise in hybrid project methodologies; Six Sigma and change management certifications (Prosci ADKAR or equivalent) are a bonus.
- A strong communicator who can translate technical requirements and coordinate seamlessly with various stakeholders.
Education and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead executive-level presentations, manage multiple priorities, and oversee the successful delivery of enterprise-level projects.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma DMAIC methodology and prior experience in business process mapping and design are a plus.
