As a Business Analyst at Fynora.ai, you’ll play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Your expertise will help analyze business processes, identify growth opportunities, and enhance operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to optimize internal processes and present key insights to top management using compelling data visualizations and dashboards.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and present dashboards to top management and the board, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Identify market opportunities and analyze industry trends to support strategic growth projections.
- Leverage existing client data to optimize processes, improve AI voice service performance, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Optimize business operations by identifying inefficiencies and recommending AI-driven improvements.
- Support leadership with data-backed recommendations, ensuring informed decision-making that aligns with company goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest data analytics techniques, machine learning applications, and AI trends.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve AI-driven customer service and sales interactions.
- Monitor and evaluate chatbot and voice agent accuracy, response effectiveness, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or AI performance optimization.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, NLP models, and speech recognition systems.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business strategies.
